Luxurious and elegant wood shutters, whether natural-finished or painted to a satin finish, are one of the classiest looking window coverings. Made of high quality woods such kiln dried North American basswood , with premium stains such as cherry, oak and maple and the newest in Expresso. Wood shutters are durable and resistant to warping.

Poly Satin PVC

Come in a variety of colors and textures. They can be very hard to distinguish from wood, but unlike wood, they will not chip, crack, or warp under moisture.

Gear Driven or Tilt Bar?

Shutter slats are available in various sizes. The 2 1/2, 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 inch blades provide for excellent control and views.

DESIGN OPTIONS

Shutters are usually only offered by experienced decorators. This includes the design and installation. Shutters are not necessarily in the blind family, but are more in a category of their own. They add to the architecture of the home and once added are seldomly replaced by alternate products. When properly designed and installed they can be a conversation piece on any occassion.

An experienced Decorator should also have some installation experience so that all the clearances and molding types can be discussed within the sales consultation to educate the consumer as to installation issues and design options.
